This Return & Refund Policy applies to Make You Style, a brand owned and operated by Codex Prime Technologies Private Limited.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Only products that are in unused, unworn and original condition will be eligible.
All tags, labels and packaging must remain attached and intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team with your order details. Once your request is reviewed:
- A pickup will be scheduled if your location is serviceable by our courier partner.
- If not serviceable, you may self-ship the item to the return address provided by our team.
Ensure that the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
After the returned item reaches our facility, it will undergo a basic inspection.
Once approved, the refund will be processed.
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your item for the refund to be initiated. Online payment refunds will be credited to the same payment source.
For COD orders, you will need to share your bank/UPI details for the refund.
Refund Deduction:
A 1% refund fee will be deducted from the total amount for all voluntary returns.
This charge is not applicable if the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we offer one free exchange for size or product. Further exchanges may require additional shipping charges.
Exchanges are processed based on the availability of the requested item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized, altered or personalised products
- Items that are washed, used or damaged
- Products returned without tags or original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately with supporting images or video. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund without any deductions.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If you still wish to discontinue after dispatch, the item can be returned after delivery following the above conditions.
